Loving Lately: Homewood Love

Loving Lately: Homewood Love

Three15 Studio is located right up the road from my house. I have been attending classes since mid-June. I love rotating through three different types of exercising. It makes the class go by faster. It is also a challenging workout. If I never lose a centimeter off my body its still worth its price in gold for the mental aspect. It is one of the few places in the world I can completely shut off my thoughts about the outer world, even if it is because I am concentrating on not passing out.  Check it out if you are in the Birmingham area. Your first class is free.

Sprout and Pour also located in the Edgewood area.On occasion or especially when I was so sick while pregnant, I treat myself to one of their yummy smoothies. They also have juices and whole food snacks.

West Homewood Farmer’s Market operates on Tuesdays in June and July. I hope and wish they can extend those dates in future years.

Gianmarco’s is a well known restaurant. Reservations are a must but they also have an outdoor wine bar that serves the full menu. Side note they do take out as well. Your welcome. There’s also plans to open a pizza place in West Homewood.

Mason Dixon Bakery is new to our area. 100% gluten free and delicious.

I love all the parks in Homewood, but especially love the trees, rocks and playground at Overton Park.

Alabama Goods is located in Downtown Homewood and offers merchandise that is all made in Alabama. 18th Street is also home to many other adorable shops.

Urban Air is located off Greensprings. We have not been here but I would love to take Bug soon.

Pastry Art is a Homewood institution. We had there mini cupcakes at our wedding. Yes, transported all the way to NC by some dedicated friends.

Homewood Public Library is part of the Jefferson County system. Has many great programs and events.

I'd Love to hear your thoughts
